The product is damaged
The wrong item was delivered

Share your Order ID, clear images, and a parcel opening video.
✅ Important Requirements for Claims:
The unboxing video must be continuous (no cuts or breaks).
The product should be fully visible and centered in the frame.
The video should be recorded before the product is fully opened or used.
❗ Without a valid, clear unboxing video, we cannot process damage/issue claims.
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
If your claim qualifies after our internal video and image review, we will:
Schedule a reverse pickup from your location.
Process a full refund, including shipping charges, within 24–48 hours after receiving the returned product.
