All our products are handmade and often customized to your requirements. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a genuine issue such as:

  • The product is damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

We invest time, effort, and care into crafting every piece, so we appreciate your understanding.

? Reporting Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item:

  2. Share your Order ID, clear images, and a parcel opening video.

Important Requirements for Claims:

  • The unboxing video must be continuous (no cuts or breaks).

  • The product should be fully visible and centered in the frame.

  • The video should be recorded before the product is fully opened or used.

Without a valid, clear unboxing video, we cannot process damage/issue claims.


Response & Resolution Timeline

  • We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.

  • If your claim qualifies after our internal video and image review, we will:

    • Schedule a reverse pickup from your location.

    • Process a full refund, including shipping charges, within 24–48 hours after receiving the returned product.


Note: This process may take 15–20 days in total. We request your kind patience during this period.
