Kraftnooze – Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 10 hours of placing them. After that, we begin production or packing, and cancellations cannot be accepted.

To cancel:

• Email or WhatsApp us with your Order ID and product details

• Cancellation is not applicable or personalized or custom-made products.
